We understand and appreciate that purchasing products online can be quite daunting. With this in mind, we have prepared a Buyers Guide to answer some common questions about online purchasing.

Protection of Your Information

When you enter in your address and credit card details, all your information is encrypted for secure transmission to our server. Our staff will have access to your name and address details; however, all credit card details are communicated directly to the bank. No credit card details are stored on our servers.

Entering your Information

We need to know your name and address, including your e-mail address, to provide you with the Licence Name and Authorisation Key and an official tax receipt for your records and future support. All these details are provided over a secure connection, so no prying eyes can see them. EIS guarantee that we will not pass these details onto any third party.

Processing your Order

Once your order has been processed and your credit card debited, a page will be displayed advising you of your licence name and authorisation key details. A tax invoice, along with your licence name and authorisation key, will be emailed to you. You require these use your product and grant you a licence. There is also detailed information to assist you with the download and installation of your WordGenius Dictionary. For your convenience, these instructions can also be accessed via this link. We recommend that you print these instructions for your own reference.

When the purchase is complete EIS forward a tax receipt complete with your licence details to your e-mail address. This tax receipt can be printed and filed for GST credit purposes.

Delivery of your Order

All soft Macquarie WordGenius products ordered through our web site are delivered electronically by download. It is strongly advised to download the dictionary immediately following your purchase. You will be required to save this file to your local hard disk for installation once the download is complete.

If for any reason the download should fail, or it is not possible for you to download the file at this time, you may go to http://www.ecompress.com/wppubdl.htm. Here, you will be required to fill out a brief form to authenticate your purchase. This form will request some details of your purchase, including the transaction number listed on your invoice. Once you have completed this form, you may retry the download.
